Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings
But do you even air fry, bro? 😂
Yeah, me either.
That is, until recently, when one of our awesome partners requested we develop an air fried wing recipe to pair with the launch of their crazy delicious BLUE CHEESE RANCH - which just so happens to be the best of both worlds and PERFECT for dipping.
Quick pause to applaud our friends at Hidden Valley. 👏👏👏
And now I can’t help but wonder why it took me so long to jump on that whole air fryer trend - especially since our new LG Induction Range came with an AIR FRY MODE.
So now I need to know everything you’ve been air frying and LOVED since this new way of cooking became a thing.
here’s what you’ll need
2 lbs chicken wings, preferably drummies
1/3 cup Frank’s RedHot
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
salt
pepper
here’s what you’ll need to do
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.
Pat wings dry with paper towels.
Toss wings in a mix of baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, and a healthy pinch of salt and pepper.
Arrange wings in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Flip wings, mist with a little avocado oil spray, and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Flip and mist wings with oil again, and increase the temp to 400 degrees. Cook for another 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together Frank’s RedHot, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, honey, and garlic.
Toss wings in the sauce while they’re still hot.
Serve alongside celery sticks and Hidden Valley’s Blue Cheese Ranch Dressing.
