Brown Sugar Blondie Push Pops
For anyone who says they can’t bake - here’s your new no-fail dessert.
I’m using Bob’s Red Mill Brown Sugar Blondie Mix to make these cute little push pops, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite baking hacks.
All you have to do is bake the blondies, then layer them with cream cheese frosting, mini chocolate chips, macadamia nuts, and a little flaky sea salt.
It looks like a show-stopper, but it truly is the easiest last-minute dessert.
here’s what you’ll need
1 package Bob’s Red Mill Brown Sugar Blondie Mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter

cream cheese frosting
mini chocolate chips
chopped macadamia nuts
here’s what you’ll need to do
Cook blondies according to package directions.
Once cool, cut blondies into small rounds using the push pop mold.
Pipe a layer of frosting into the push pop mold. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, macadamia nuts, and chocolate chips. Follow with a blondie, and repeat.
Top with a final piping of frosting sprinkled with flaky sea salt, macadamia nuts, and chocolate chips.
